Nehha worked with me through a traumatic divorce, a diagnosis of Cancer and a restructuring and reorganising of my entire life I had known so far. I can safely say, I was in really good hands that spanned several academic disciplines. Together we meditated, learn nervous system hacks, discussed spiritual books, breathed and laughed. She brought me the knowledge of nutrition during Cancer including the lesser known fact of fasting before chemotherapy. My Oncologist wondered what I was doing because I was running on the treadmill between chemo sessions! She asked me to not follow the traditional diet oncology departments provide- and it made a lot of sense. I am a Pharmacologist by training and so I know the effect of these drugs on our bodies- and hence I wanted to hypernourish to take care for the quality of my life beyond the treatment too. I continue to be in touch with Nehha sharing in recipes, books, and nervous system disciplines she shares. Infact, I am starting Homas these week- as she believes it will help my daughter heal from the changes we have endured and also will help me elevate my life force further.
